Welcome! I’m James Taylor, lifelong athlete, student, motivator and coach, and I’m here to give as much AWAY as I’ve received in life.
I believe the knowledge of the practices of meditation, getting good sleep, eating for whole food nutrition, releasing endorphins through physical workout regimes, and developing discipline consistently build your future, should be given away as soon as one understands the concept. “Each one teach one.”

The truth of our world is that you reap what you sow, every action has an equal reaction, and every cause has an effect. In order to accomplish what must be accomplished, you must build up and develop the power of your will. We really seem to believe our lives are a string of days moving backwards and forwards in time. We carry yesterday’s hurts into today, and carry what happens today into “tomorrow.” We think that we have unlimited time to do this or do that and we never really get around to doing what we want to do.
